We are now looking for an experienced Industrial Door Engineer to join our growing field service team.

The Role

You will join a small team of experienced engineers based in and around Berkshire, providing a high-quality service to customers across the region.

As an Industrial Door Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out site surveys and assessing customer requirements

Attending customer call-outs to diagnose faults and breakdowns

Completing repairs and remedial works on customer sites

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and servicing

Installing industrial door systems

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

Providing professional, reliable and friendly customer service

Maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship and safety

Completing service reports and relevant documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in industrial doors who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience working with industrial door systems

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Experience carrying out repairs, servicing and installations

A professional and customer-focused approach

The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a small team

A full UK driving licence

A flexible approach to working hours and call-outs

Working Hours

Standard working hours are 7:30am – 5:00pm, although these can vary depending on call-outs and work schedules.
