Are you an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer looking for steady work, a good hourly rate and a permanent position?

We’re recruiting for a skilled sprayer to join an established engineering manufacturer in Rugby. You’ll be preparing and spraying large fabricated products using 2K / 2-pack paint systems, with a focus on producing a consistent, high-quality finish.

The role:

• Industrial spraying using 2K / 2-pack paint
• Preparing and masking surfaces
• Mixing paint and preparing equipment
• Spraying large fabricated components and equipment
• Checking finished work for quality
• Keeping the spray area clean and organised

What we need:

• Previous industrial or commercial paint spraying experience
• Experience using 2K / 2-pack paint systems
• Good surface preparation skills
• A strong eye for finish and quality
• Good awareness of spray shop health and safety

Experience spraying commercial vehicles, plant, machinery, fabricated equipment or other large products would be particularly relevant.
