Pay: £17.00–£27.20 per hour

About the Role

Denholm Industrial Services is currently recruiting 10 experienced Industrial Painters to join our team in Plymouth on a permanent basis.

The successful candidates will carry out industrial painting and protective coating activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Pay Rates

• Basic: £17.00 per hour

• Overtime 1: £22.75 per hour

• Overtime 2: £27.20 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces ready for painting and coating applications

• Apply industrial paints and protective coating systems

• Use brushes, rollers and other relevant painting equipment

• Follow coating specifications, technical instructions and safe working procedures

• Inspect completed work and identify any defects

• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe

• Comply with all company and site health, safety, environmental and quality requirements

Essential Requirements

• Valid Bronze TTP qualification

• Minimum of three years’ relevant industrial painting experience

• Good knowledge of surface preparation and industrial coating systems

• Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness and eligibility to complete BPSS and SC security clearance

Additional Requirements

• Applicants will be required to apply for a DBS check

• Drug and alcohol testing will form part of the induction process

• Continued employment will be subject to obtaining the required security clearance
