Up to £24 per hour + Door-to-Door Travel (1.5x Overtime)

The Opportunity


We are working in partnership with a leading global specialist in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, who are continuing to grow their UK operations. Due to successful project wins and expansion, they are now looking to recruit an Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer to join their established team in the Midlands. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that operates on a global scale, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple sectors. 

The Role


You will be part of a dedicated commercial and industrial refrigeration division, supporting key clients within the food production and distribution sectors.

Day-to-day, you will be working across fully operational production environments, focusing on:
  • Industrial refrigeration systems
  • Glycol chillers
  • Service, maintenance, and fault finding
  • Supporting large-scale plant operations
  • Ammonia project & service works - with additional training provided
The business is also keen to support career progression and is open to experienced commercial refrigeration engineers looking to move into industrial. 

You will be covering East & West Midlands, Lincolnshire, and Yorkshire on a mobile basis. 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven refrigeration service and maintenance experience
  • F-Gas Certification (C&G 2079)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to develop within industrial refrigeration (if not already experienced)

Salary & Benefits Package

  • £24 per hour (based on a 40-hour week)
  • Door-to-door travel all paid at 1.5x overtime rate
