Industrial Sales Manager
Field Based / Fareham Office
£50,000 to £70,000, plus company car.
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join a growing engineering manufacturer specialising in bespoke industrial cooling and heat exchange solutions.
This is a technical sales role focused on building relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting customers with engineered solutions rather than off the shelf products.
The role
- Develop new and existing industrial customer accounts across the UK
- Identify and win new project opportunities
- Interpret technical requirements and provide solution based proposals
- Prepare technical quotations alongside engineering teams
- Manage key customer relationships and long term accounts
- Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events
- Support business growth through proactive pipeline development
What we are looking for
- Background in industrial or technical B2B sales
- Understanding of HVAC, refrigeration or capital equipment markets
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical concepts
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Proven success winning project based or specification led business
