(High-Pressure Water Jetting & Tank Cleaning)

Our client  is  seeking an experienced and highly motivated Industrial Services Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead operations involving high-pressure water jetting, tank cleaning, and related industrial services to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

      •     Supervise high-pressure water jetting and tank cleaning operations.

      •     Lead and coordinate industrial services teams on-site.

      •     Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

      •     Oversee job planning, equipment use, and safe work practices.

      •     Train, mentor, and motivate team members.

      •     Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports.

Requirements:

      •     Proven experience in industrial cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, and tank cleaning.

      •     Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

      •     Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe working practices.

      •     Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Water Jetting Association, Confined Space Entry, Safety Passport).

      •     Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

      •     Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
