Brightstone Education Partners is recruiting for an Infant School Teacher on behalf of a highly regarded independent school in the Fleet area.

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to work across EYFS and Key Stage 1, creating engaging learning experiences and helping children develop the confidence, curiosity, and skills needed for future success.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS and Key Stage 1
- Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support pupils in achieving their academic and personal potential
- Foster a love of learning through creative and engaging teaching approaches
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
- Contribute to the wider life of the school
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS and Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Has a passion for teaching and learning
- Can create an engaging and dynamic classroom environment
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is a positive and collaborative team player
- Is committed to continuous professional development
- Can inspire and motivate young learners
