Senior Document Controller
Location - Warrington
Up to £45,000 + Package
An established Main Contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Document Controller or Information Manager to join their team in Warrington.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Document Controller with a strong background in document control, information management, and digital construction processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining project information, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and supporting project teams across multiple construction projects.
The Role
- Manage project documentation from inception through to handover.
- Administer and maintain Aconex and SharePoint systems.
- Ensure all project information is accurately controlled, distributed, and archived.
- Coordinate document workflows between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
- Support project teams with information management processes and reporting.
- Maintain document registers, transmittals, and approval workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller or Information Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Aconex and SharePoint.
- Experience working for a Main Contractor, Developer, or Construction Consultancy.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
