• Administer Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, identity and RBAC
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Look after Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and device compliance through Intune
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues passed up from first and second line support
• Handle incidents, problems and changes within SLAs, following ITIL processes
• Apply patches, fix vulnerabilities and help put Zero Trust security controls in place
• Support migrations, upgrades and cloud modernisation projects
• Look for ways to automate and simplify, and keep runbooks and documentation up to date

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering or technical operations experience
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP skills
• Solid experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune
• Good working knowledge of Azure infrastructure and security tooling
• Experience with VMware, storage and backup technologies
• Sound understanding of networking, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, routing and switching
• PowerShell scripting and certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-800 would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a methodical, hands-on approach
