Overview:
Our client are looking for a Inhouse Development Manager to join their team and own prototype developments through to manufacture. This will include overseeing the joinery and engineering for the projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead in-house prototypes developments through to manufacture
- Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects meet client needs
- Oversee budgets, quality standards and timelines for projects
- Create engineering and manufacturing documentation
- Improve CNC, 3D Printing and production capabilities
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with CNC machinery
- Experience with SolidWorks or CAD software
- Experience with production processes
- Confident making decisions
- Team player
