Injection Moulding Setter

Elevation Recruitment Group are working on behalf of a Doncaster-based manufacturer to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Setter. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that manufactures high-quality plastic components, offering a stable role within a busy production environment.

Salary: £35,000
Shift Pattern: Panama Shift (Days/Nights – 12-hour shifts)
Location: Doncaster

• Carry out injection moulding tool fitting and removal in line with company procedures.
• Complete colour and resin changes safely and efficiently.
• Set and operate injection moulding machines to achieve production targets.
• Monitor product quality and work closely with the Quality team to resolve any issues.
• Fault find and troubleshoot machine and process faults.
• Complete production paperwork and other associated administration.

• Previous experience setting and operating injection moulding machines.
• Experience working within a plastics manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of quality standards and manufacturing processes.
• Basic IT skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
