Injection Moulding Setter in Nottinghamshire

Hours of work: 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00 (3 on - 3 off rotating)
Reporting to: Technical Shift Leader
Pay: £19.55 per hour
Holidays: 22 days per year, increasing with service to 24 days.

I am currently recruiting for an Injection Moulding Setter to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Nottinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading plastics manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art 24/7 facility with over 40 injection moulding machines across multiple departments.

• Carry out tool changes and machine set-ups to ensure efficient production.
• Condition set injection moulding machines from scratch.
• Set and programme 3-axis Sepro and Viper robots.
• Fault-find and troubleshoot machine and process issues.
• Complete quality checks and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor cycle times and product weights to maximise efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Maintain excellent health and safety standards at all times.

• IMT Level 3 qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Injection Moulding Setter role.
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machine conditioning.
• Experience setting Sepro 3-axis robots or similar robotic systems.
• Experience with Billion, Engel, Arburg or Sandretto injection moulding machines would be advantageous, but not essential.
