From day one, the plan is to develop you into a field-based sales professional. You'll initially spend time learning the products, customers and industry, building your technical knowledge and confidence. Once you're up to speed, you'll begin visiting customers, managing your own accounts and developing new business in the field.

Responsibilities of an Inside Sales & Account Development Executive:
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and proactively follow them through to order.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
- Develop a strong understanding of a specialist technical product range.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Progress into a field sales role, taking ownership of customer visits, account management and business development.
Requirements of an Inside Sales & Account Development Executive:
- Experience within sales, business development or account management.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Ambitious and motivated by career progression.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach.
- Experience selling technical products or working within an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
