Are you a confident, customer-focused professional with a passion for sales and relationship building?
Our fast-growing IT client is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Manager to manage customer accounts, develop business opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer accounts and relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and process orders.
- Identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with internal departments.
- Support Business Development Managers in achieving sales objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Russian or another Eastern European language.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Strong time management and numerical skills.
- Previous sales or account management experience is advantageous.
