Inside Sales Coordinator in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester

📍 Dukinfield | Up to £28,000 | Monday-Friday | 8am-4pm

Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator or Internal Sales professional with experience supporting customers in a manufacturing or engineering environment?

Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team, supporting customers throughout the order process and acting as a key link between customers, production and internal departments.

• Processing customer orders and quotations
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
• Supporting account management activities
• Liaising with production, logistics and internal teams
• Maintaining customer records and order information
• Managing stock and availability enquiries
• Supporting customers with technical product information
• Working with SAP or Oracle systems

• Previous experience within Internal Sales, Sales Coordination or Sales Administration
• Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical products environment
• SAP or Oracle experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience processing quotations and customer orders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with technical specifications would be advantageous

• Salary up to £28,000
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
