The Opportunity
As Team Lead, you will manage the Inside Sales & Order Processing team, ensuring customer quotations, order fulfilment and logistics activities are delivered accurately and efficiently. You'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving processes and leading a customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the Inside Sales & Order Processing team.
- Oversee quotations, order processing and order-to-cash activities.
- Manage customer backlogs, shipping schedules and order fulfilment.
- Drive continuous process improvements and KPI performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Production and Customer Service.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Support change initiatives, system implementations and business improvement projects.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in Inside Sales, Order Management or Customer Service.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a small team.
- Strong ERP systems knowledge (NetSuite, Navision or similar desirable).
- Experience improving processes and managing operational KPIs.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent German and English.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
