Top 100 UK law firm looking to recruit an ambitious Insolvency Solicitor of circa 2–6 years PQE to join its highly regarded Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team, likely to be in Manchester or the East Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly-regarded practice with impressive recent financials, and which advises insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders, creditors and businesses on complex insolvency, restructuring and recovery matters.

The firm handles a variety of both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters and there is the opportunity for applicants to handle either a mixture of both, or to focus primarily on one side of the insolvency law sector. The work is varied and includes, inter alia:

- Administrations, liquidations and receiverships

- Fraud, wrongful trading and misfeasance claims

- Refinancing, restructuring and business recovery strategies

- Director duties and insolvency-related disputes

- Asset recovery and transactional avoidance claims

The firm also has a track record of providing advice to public sector organisations, which generates an additional flow of high quality instructions into the team.

Applications are sought from experienced insolvency lawyers likely to have accrued circa 2–6 years PQE or equivalent with a proven track record for restructuring, insolvency litigation and/or corporate recovery matters, and who are looking to join a firm which is both highly-regarded in this sector and which offers excellent scope for career advancement.
