Job Title: Install Electrician
 
Location: South East London and surrounding areas
 
Salary:  Between 37-40k  Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Our Client was formed in 1991 to specialise in the installation and maintenance of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems. Since this date they have expanded and now include services such as heating and electrical installation/service/ maintenance.
 
They are registered with GAS SAFE for heating and with the NICEIC for electrical services. They are accredited installers for both Daikin and Mitsubishi air conditioning equipment. Their customer base is wide ranging and diverse including premises such as pubs, restaurants and office buildings.

They are currently looking to recruit an Electrician whose duties will include:
 
Installation of new power supplies, lighting etc

Essential Criteria:

A current and in date ECS card
City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3
18th Edition Qualification
Conversant on regulations and understand fault status allocation;
Familiar with NICEIC certification and requirements

Desirable Criteria:

2391 or 2394/2395 inspection and testing training;
To have the ability to work under your own initiative and to make decisions based on the information to hand;
Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely and efficient manner;
Good communicator, diligent and self-motivated.


The job is a mobile role covering London, the South East and the Home Counties.
 
·         Full driving licence required.

·         Paid annual holiday entitlement is 30 working days which includes the 8 public bank holidays. Two of these days are required to be taken over the Christmas period.,

·        Optional private healthcare.

·         Overtime available.  

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. 

Additional Hours
We may occasionally expect you to work beyond the hours you normally work. We only do this if there is an urgent business need.

Monday to Friday - Basic hourly rate.
Monday to Friday (after 37.5 hours worked) - Time and one half.
Saturday - Time and one half.
Sunday - Double Time.

Daily duties
Installing containment and carrying out 1st and 2nd fix to new power and lighting circuits including single and 3 phase.

Most of our sites are new fitouts and partial refurbs to new Public houses and restaurants.
