ES Recruit is looking for an experienced Electrician for a major residential development in Leeds, with potentially 12 months of work available.
You'll be working on a high-rise apartment development, carrying out the 1st fix installation of communal lighting systems.
This is a great opportunity for an Electrician looking to secure a long-term contract with consistent hours.
The Role
Duties will include:
- 1st fix electrical installation
- Communal lighting installation
- Working on a high-rise apartment development
- Installation of containment, cabling and associated electrical systems
- Working from electrical drawings and specifications
- Ensuring installations meet required standards
- Maintaining excellent site health & safety
What We're Looking For
We're looking for experienced Electricians with:
- Previous commercial or residential installation experience
- Strong 1st fix experience
- Experience installing lighting systems
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- Valid ECS / JIB card
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable work ethic and good timekeeping
