Installation Engineer (Trainee / Junior Electrical)

£30,000 – £36,000 + Van + Benefits

A growing engineering company is looking for a hands-on Installation Engineer to join its team, installing specialist gas detection systems across commercial environments including universities, laboratories, healthcare and infrastructure.

This is ideal for someone early in their electrical career who wants to gain experience, develop technically and progress.

The role:

• Installing gas detection systems on customer sites

• Installing conduit, trunking, cable tray and cabling

• Wiring and basic electrical terminations

• Travelling to sites across Oxford, London and the South East

• Occasional working away with expenses covered

What we're looking for:

• Some electrical experience – college, apprenticeship, Electrical Improver, Mate or similar

• Comfortable with hands-on site work

• Full UK driving licence

• ECS/CSCS and 18th Edition advantageous but not essential

• Keen to learn and develop
