Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Area Installation Manager for a north west based kitchen installation company to cover the North West.
The ideal candidate will be based around Wigan / Preston / Chorley area for easy transport links onto sites and the office.
There is training on offer with this role and is therefore stuitable for someone who:
- is looking to come off the tools
- has recently come out of higher education
About The Role
Working alongside sub contractors & in house team, you will over see the installation of kitchens onto new build construction sites across the area at a rate of around 20/25 plots per week.
The role is 37.5 hours per week but a degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of the construction industry.
About You
Good level of organisation
Computer literate
Experienced in working with sub-contractors / trades people.
Ideal candidate will hold a CSCS card however this is not essential as the company can provide this.
Experienced in procuring staff / fitting teams
Experienced in working on construction sites - ideally new build sites.
Ability to manage own time & diary
Full UK Driving Licence
