About the Role
We are seeking a driven and proactive Installation Scheduler to join a fast-growing planning team. This role plays a key part in supporting engineers and customers by ensuring installation diaries are effectively managed and scheduling issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
You will be at the centre of day-to-day operational coordination, helping to ensure installations run smoothly, customers are kept informed, and engineers are fully supported in delivering a high-quality service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support engineers with diary management and daily workload planning.
- Communicate clearly with engineers and customers, providing updates, reassurance, and solutions.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve scheduling and planning issues in real time.
- Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and changes are managed effectively.
- Build strong working relationships with engineers, customers, and internal teams.
- React quickly to operational challenges and help maintain smooth service delivery.
- Use systems and software to manage scheduling activities and updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all planning information is kept up to date.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong customer service experience with a focus on positive outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence dealing with customers and engineers in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft or Google-based systems.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- A friendly, confident, and professional approach.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working pattern
