Location: Worcester (Office-Based)

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am-04:30pm
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Holidays: 22 days + Statutory

What's the role about?

As Installations Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end installation journey, ensuring every project runs smoothly, on time, and with the customer experience front of mind.

  • Coordinate a high volume of installation projects at any one time
  • Act as the central point between customers, engineers, and internal teams
  • Plan logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues quickly
  • Ensure tight deadlines (typically 10-day SLAs) are consistently met
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding and delivery of all installation projects from sale through to completion
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure site readiness and minimise failed installations [
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, workshop, warehouse, and engineering
  • Schedule engineers and manage installation timelines across multiple projects
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and system updates for installations
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with procurement where needed
  • Conduct pre- and post-installation communication and debriefs to ensure quality delivery

About You

You're someone who:

  • Has experience in a project coordination, scheduling, or operations role
  • Remains calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders (customers to engineers)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Is proactive, hands-on, and takes ownership of tasks end-to-end
  • Has good Excel and systems skills (CRM or trackers)
