In this position, you will be:
  • Managing insurance claims from inception through to completion
  • Liaising with contractors, tradespeople, clients and customers,
  • Managing claims budgets in line with surveyor allocations
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders via phone and providing regular updates via virtual portals
