Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Commercial Finance Manager during an exciting period of change.

This is a broad, hands-on role working closely with the senior leadership and operational teams, providing commercial insight and helping drive performance across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Business partnering senior leadership and operational teams

  • Commercial analysis around margins, costs and profitability

  • Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

  • Improving MI, reporting and KPI analysis

  • Product and customer profitability

  • Financial modelling and scenario planning

  • Supporting commercial and strategic projects

  • Supporting wider business change and company transactions, including potential sale, acquisition or due diligence activity

We’re looking for a qualified accountant with strong commercial finance and business partnering experience, ideally gained within manufacturing or a similar operational environment.

Previous exposure to M&A, due diligence or a business sale would be a real advantage.
