  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Executive PA / senior administrator supporting senior leaders

  • Strong experience organising meetings, events, agendas and executive-level documentation

  • A strong digital and practical creative skillset with excellent document presentation standards

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, ideally InDesign

  • The ability to take content from colleagues and format/package it correctly for meetings, suppliers, printers, or distribution

  • Confidence managing competing priorities and working to deadlines

  • Education-sector experience is helpful but not essential.

If you’re an experienced EA/PA who enjoys combining executive support with high-quality document production (including InDesign), we’d love to hear from you.
