  • Manage the lettings process to maximise efficiency and minimise void periods.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Lead and support the lettings team to achieve performance targets.
  • Oversee tenancy allocations and manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the lettings function.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property management.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to lettings and tenancy management.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in managing lettings or property operations within a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of £500 - £550, dependent on the level of experience.
