- Manage the lettings process to maximise efficiency and minimise void periods.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Lead and support the lettings team to achieve performance targets.
- Oversee tenancy allocations and manage relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the lettings function.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property management.
- Address and resolve any issues related to lettings and tenancy management.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in managing lettings or property operations within a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Job Offer
- Daily rate of £500 - £550, dependent on the level of experience.
