Interim HR advisor

HR ADVISOR | TOTTENHAM | £45,000 | 12-MONTH FTC

Immediate Start | 4 Days Onsite | 1 Day WFH

Looking for an HR Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up.

This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines. You'll be partnering with managers, leading on employee relations, and supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle.

You'll need:
* Strong Employee Relations experience
* Previous HR Advisor experience
* A commercial, pragmatic approach
* Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders
* The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established retail business on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with interviews taking place immediately.
