Description
An Interim HR Consultant to:
- Support in delivering the People Strategy
- Support with Employee engagement activity to develop an action plan and initiatives
- Support with performance management process, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning
- Develop people plans
- Implement organisational development activity
- Oversee complex employee relations casework
- Develop and implement HR initiatives
- Lead change management activity if required including restructures and consultations
- Projects to be confirmed in more detail
Profile
An Interim HR Consultant with:
- Experience in leading and managing multiple strategic HR projects
- Able to start at short notice
- Experience working in Housing desirable
- Experience working in a multi-site organisation essential
