Description

  • Develop and implement IT procurement strategies to meet organisational needs.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure value and performance.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with IT suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Monitor IT procurement budgets and report on expenditure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives.
  • Resolve procurement-related issues effectively and efficiently.

Profile

A successful Interim IT Category Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in IT procurement and category management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across an organisation.

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of £450 per day (Umbrella)
  • 2x days per week
