Description

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support management decisions.
• Oversee month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.
• Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders as required.

Profile

A successful Confidential Interim Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or Qualified By Experience
• Proven experience in accounting and finance within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical skills with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
