Interim Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Manager (non-clinical) to oversee the operations of a nursing home in West Sussex that supports individuals with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in nursing home management and auditing, with a focus on maintaining stability and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards during the transitional period until the newly appointed manager begins in their role.
Location: West Sussex
Day Rate: £370.00 - £400.00 per day
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the nursing home.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide support to staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining a high standard of care for residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of all residents, particularly those with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
- Prepare and present reports on the home's performance to stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in nursing home management.
- Strong auditing skills and familiarity with healthcare regulations.
- Experience supporting service users with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain stability and manage change effectively.
