A fantastic opportunity to join a newly established Organisation Design & Transformation Centre of Excellence, supporting large-scale transformation and organisation design activity across a complex organisation.
This is an interim contract till the end of the year (Dec 2026) whilst they appoint for the perm and 12 month FTC.
You'll lead organisation design reviews from diagnostic through to implementation, working directly with Executive Directors, senior leaders and subject matter experts. The role involves facilitating design sprints, conducting diagnostics, developing operating model recommendations and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
Description
- Lead end-to-end organisation design reviews and transformation projects
- Facilitate design sprints and stakeholder workshops
- Develop organisation structures, operating models and workforce solutions
- Deliver diagnostics and change impact assessments
- Influence and coach senior leaders through complex change programmes
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Profile
- Delivering multiple organisation design reviews from concept through to implementation
- Building trusted relationships with Executive Directors and senior stakeholders
- Producing evidence-based recommendations that improve organisational effectiveness
- Embedding organisation design capability across the wider business
Job Offer
You'll bring experience leading organisation design, operating model or transformation programmes within complex environments. You'll be comfortable facilitating senior-level workshops, influencing stakeholders and navigating ambiguity while delivering practical outcomes.
