Interim Rent & Service Charge Accountant in Gaywood, Norfolk

Looking for someone to take ownership of the annual rent uplift and service charge setting process within a Housing Association.

Ideally a hands on candidate who has strong experience in social housing finance, a good understanding of rent regulation and service charge legislation, alongside experience with reconciliations, budgeting and management accounts.
