The Interim reward Manager will be responsible for:

- Analyse salary and benefits data to provide recommendations for improvement and alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement reward programmes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits.
