The Interim reward Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and manage the company's reward policies and procedures to ensure competitiveness within the market.
  • Analyse salary and benefits data to provide recommendations for improvement and alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement reward programmes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on reward-related queries and issues.
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus processes in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of reward programmes and suggest improvements where necessary.

Job Offer

The Interim Reward Manager will receive:

  • Competitive day rate inside ir35 via Umbrella ranging from £400 to £500 a day
  • Interim contract for circa 6 months
  • Hybrid working pattern (1 or 2 days in office a week)
