Align Talent Ltd.

Interior Designer (Workplace Design)

Location: Southwark, Central London

Salary: £38,000 - £55,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of London’s most respected design studios, working with a team known for polished workplace interiors, strong technical delivery and incredibly impressive corporate fit-out projects.

The studio has a strong reputation for creating high-quality commercial environments, but it still offers the kind of collaborative, down-to-earth culture where designers can develop, contribute ideas and feel trusted. You’ll be joining an established interiors team with the structure, project quality and senior support to help you do some of your best work.

The role can suit either an Interior Designer ready to step up, an experienced Mid – Project Interior Designer or a Senior Interior Designer who wants more ownership across concept, client presentations, technical coordination and delivery.

You’ll work on workplace and commercial interiors from early design stages through to completion, with regular exposure to clients, consultants, materials, FF&E, Revit, technical drawings and presentations.

This is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a serious design studio, not just another fit-out environment.
