Foreman (Interior Fit-Out)
Cardiff (Permanent or Freelance)
£25 per hour (CIS/LTD) OR £40,000 + package

We’re recruiting for a Foreman to join an established regional contractor delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects across commercial and public-sector environments.

This role is specifically focused on internal fit-out works on a shopping centre scheme, requiring a foreman with strong interiors experience.

The Opportunity

• Key role delivering interior fit-out on a live commercial project
• Long-term work with a contractor offering a strong pipeline of projects

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day delivery of internal fit-out works
• Managing trades, subcontractors and materials on site
• Supporting programme and working within a live environment
• Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety
• Taking a hands-on role where required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing
• Comfortable working on live, fast-paced commercial schemes
• Proactive, organised and able to lead from the front

Certificates:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid (desirable)
