Intermediate Mechanical Engineer- Building Services

With a portfolio spanning commercial fit-outs, student accommodation, education, healthcare diagnostics and scalable multi-site developments, they are now looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer with 2+ years' post-graduate experience looking to accelerate their career within a technology-enabled consultancy. You'll work alongside experienced Directors and senior engineers on technically challenging projects, gaining exposure across mechanical design, project delivery and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the delivery of Mechanical Building Services projects from concept through to completion
* Assist with Mechanical design, specifications, drawings and technical documentation
* Provide technical input and support across multidisciplinary projects
* Liaise with clients and wider design teams to support successful project delivery
* Maintain high technical standards and ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulations

Requirements

* Degree in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or equivalent experience
* 2+ years' post-graduate experience within an engineering consultancy
* Experience across a range of projects, including commercial, residential or mixed-use developments
* Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD beneficial
* Experience with HVAC calculation software such as IES VE advantageous
* Strong technical understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design
* Commercial office project experience desirable
* Excellent problem-solving, coordination and communication skills
