Intermediate Project Manager looking to take ownership of construction projects from inception through to completion, providing leadership, direction and accountability for all aspects of project delivery. The Intermediate Project Manager will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to achieve project objectives, manage change, mitigate risks and deliver projects that meet quality, programme, safety and commercial expectations. The role will ensure projects are delivered in accordance with all relevant health and safety legislation, including the requirements of the Building Safety Act, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and governance. The role plays a key part in building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.

Experience

- Change control and variation management
- Health & safety compliance
- Project handover and close-out
You will need relevant construction, engineering or project management qualifications and an SMSTS.
