Internal Account Manager - Print / Packaging / Labels

Location: Sittingbourne 

Salary: DOE

Company: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an internal account manager to join a well-established company, predominately working on food and beverage packaging and labels.

Role The role will be responsible for looking after customers and accounts from initial enquiry t to completion. 

• Ensuring a first-class service is consistently provided with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Manage and maintain project and job status trackers
• Customer facing - answering phones, emails, meeting customers
• To be responsible for producing quotes and estimates
• Raising purchase orders
• Estimating and negotiating
• Liasing confidently with clients

Requirements:

• Packaging / Print or labels industry experience would be preferred
• Proven customer service experience as an account coordinator / manager, ideally within a print / packaging or labels company
• Technical knowledge or printing processes – highly preferred
• Experience with purchase orders, purchasing and estimating
• Accuracy and fine attention to detail, particularly when under pressure
• Possesses a desire to understand customer and colleague’ requirements
• Uses initiative when approaching new tasks, tackling problems and prioritising workload
• Team collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
