Key Responsibilities:
As Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll lead from the front and ensure your team delivers consistently high standards:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Internal Account Support team
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and processes
- Oversee escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Manage workload across the team to maintain service levels
- Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams
- Support order processing and ensure smooth day-to-day account handling
- This is a "lead from the front" role, combining people management with operational involvement.
What we're looking for:
To succeed as Internal Account Support Team Leader, you'll bring strong leadership and operational experience:
- Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in customer service, account support, or internal sales
- Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
- Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems (advantageous)
