Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 1:00pm
£15.59ph - £17.15ph (DOE)

Are you a confident and customer focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing business for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service and playing a key role in supporting sales growth.
You'll be a strong communicator who can confidently engage with customers and colleagues alike, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to after sales support.
Full training will be provided on the company's in-house systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, product information, samples and sales correspondence.
- Support the external sales team with customer requirements and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering outstanding service at every stage.
- Update and maintain CRM records to ensure customer information remains accurate.
- Process sales information accurately and efficiently across internal systems.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and order progression.
- Support the resolution of customer queries, returns, credits, and product issues.
- Assist with opening new customer accounts and maintaining account records.
- Work closely with the finance team where required, including payment related queries.
- Provide market and customer feedback to management.
- Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and general sales administration activities.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and commercial skills.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, proactive and professional approach.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Comfortable working as part of a team while managing your own workload.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems, order processing software, EDI, or business intelligence tools would be advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support, customer service, or account co-ordination role would be beneficial.
