Internal Sales Administrator | Doncaster (DN4) | £28,000 – £30,000 + annual bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing and forward-thinking business in Doncaster. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key team player, bringing energy, adaptability, and a hands-on approach across multiple areas of the business.

This is a varied position where you will play a central role in supporting sales, customer service, and wider business operations while building strong relationships with customers.

The Role

This position combines sales support, customer service, and administration. You will support the sales process, manage enquiries, and proactively engage with customers to ensure they are aware of the full range of services available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments
  • Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Process sales orders and prepare quotations
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records
  • Coordinate bookings and scheduling
  • Support product orders and ensure smooth processing
  • Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery


About You

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role
  • Confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to get involved across the business
  • Commercially aware with a positive and professional approach
  • A strong team player who can support different departments
