Responsibilities will include:
- Managing qualified customer enquiries, developing sales opportunities
- Advising customers on a range of products
- Creating and amending quotations to meet customer specifications
- Supporting customers throughout the complete sales process
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer documentation
- Liaising with operations and quotations teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the home improvement sector
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Experience converting opportunities into sales
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- A professional and self-motivated approach
