circa £27,000 plus benefits

Job role / duties

• Act as first point of call for visitors, customers and suppliers
• Take calls from clients and deal with their queries, escalating where necessary.  
• Receive sakes orders by phone and email and input onto the CRM
• Transfer quotes onto Sage 
• Check database for prices and stock availability
• Liaise with Head Office in Europe regarding customer queries as well as UK Sales Manager
• Handle import/export paperwork once trained 
• Assist with other duties in the office and warehouse when needed 

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Be willing and quick to learn

• Enjoy working in a small and busy team

• Want to take on responsibility once trained

• Have excellent written and verbal commutation skills

• Be numerate and literate

• Have a good standard of computer literacy
