I am recruiting for an Internal Sales opportunity with an established independent business operating within the Plumbing & Heating sector.
The Role
- Internal Sales / Sales Support
- Handling inbound sales enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Providing product advice and technical support
- Managing customer requirements from enquiry through to order
- Building strong customer relationships
- Liaising with customers across the sector
- Working closely with the wider branch and sales team
- Developing knowledge across Plumbing & Heating and building services products
- Providing a high level of customer service

The Person
- Previous sales, internal sales or customer service experience
- Confident communicating with customers
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Customer-focused and commercially aware
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Comfortable working within a busy sales environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Good attention to detail
- Sales-driven and personable
