About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Internal Sales Executive to join a growing manufacturing business based in Runcorn (WA7). This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a proactive, results-driven internal sales team in a modern office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, negotiate, and send customer quotations
• Maintain and update the customer database
• Track sales activities and follow up on outstanding quotes
• Identify and research potential customers via cold calls and follow-up emails
• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to develop sales opportunities
• Build rapport with both prospects and existing customers
• Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Promote and upsell company products and services

Ideal Candidate

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience using Sage 200 and SAP is highly desirable
• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in following up sales leads
