Are you a motivated sales professional looking to make your mark in the construction and real estate industry? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive who is ready to support project leads, build lasting relationships, and contribute to business growth!

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Engagement: Make measurable outbound calls to project stakeholders, including cold calls, to drive the acquisition of new opportunities.
• CRM Management: Support Project Consultants in maintaining and updating the CRM system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work alongside the marketing team to promote products and campaigns effectively.
• Project Transition: Smoothly transfer projects to Project Consultants once they are live on-site.
• Representation: Attend corporate events to represent the organisation and promote its products and services.

Key Tasks and Activities:

• Communicate proactively to add value to identified projects and ensure progress.
• Maintain time management to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop knowledge of products, construction, and sales techniques continuously.
• Provide support to the wider team with various tasks, including after-hours corporate events when required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A positive, self-motivated, and goal-driven attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred).
• A track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• At least six months of telesales experience (B2B preferred).
• A valid driving licence and vehicle, essential due to the rural location.
