Internal Sales Executive - Plumbing and Heating

Position: Senior Internal Sales Executive
Location: Wallsend, Tyne and Wear
Salary: - £35,000 to £42,000 (£50,000 - £60,000 OTE)

Senior Internal Sales Executive required for our client, a well-established and growing heating supplies company, supplying plumbing, heating, HVAC, and boiler spares products to trade customers across the UK.

The Senior Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to provide technical product advice, prepare quotations, process orders, and build long-term relationships. The role is office-based at the company's head office in Wallsend, Newcastle, so candidates must be based within a commutable distance.

The Internal Sales Executive, must have sales experience in the merchant sector, within a plumbing, heating, HVAC or boiler spares.

Senior Internal Sales Executive Position Requirements

• Previous experience within the heating, plumbing, HVAC, boiler spares, or merchant sector
• Proven background in internal sales, account management and business development
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confident preparing quotations and processing sales orders
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good IT skills and experience using CRM or ERP systems desirable
• Based within commutable distance of Wallsend, Newcastle

Senior Internal Sales Executive Position Remuneration

• £35,000 - £42,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• Uncapped bonus (OTE £50,000 - £60,000)
