Internal Sales

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with an exceptional manufacturing company to recruit for someone to join there Internal Sales team to help effectively manage customers by ensuring orders are processed, queries handled as well as promoting the company’s products through monthly outbound telephone campaigns preparing quotations, supporting account credit and debit administration.

Daily duties

• Provide quotes, Process customer orders, check inventory and respond to customer issues, updating sales force at all time
• Maintain telephone contact with customers, external sales teams, and transport companies to ensure a timely communication flow
• Respond to customer enquiries
• · Engage in outbound telephone activity to promote sales, including inactive accounts, Buying Groups under promotion, etc
• Provide the external sales team with information relating to quotations, customer accounts etc.
• Organise transport for non-standard deliveries and ensure on time
• Liaise with all departments on issues relating to product manufacture, assembly etc

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment and have experience within Internal sales / outbound calling to generate sales

Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm

Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 with a Companywide bonus scheme
